In 2012 I traveled to Bolivia with C3 Studios to document a project organized by NGO Mosoj Causay that brought clean water infrastructure to rural mountain areas. This short film details the wide-ranging success of this project, highlights the efforts of local activists, and considers the cultural and environmental challenges facing the local population.
